2026 Playwrights Script Reading Series- Script Submission
🎭 CALLING ALL PLAYWRIGHTS! 🎭
Lumos Players is thrilled to announce our Second Annual Playwrights Script Reading Season for 2026!
We know that writing a play is a journey—and we’re here to support yours.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hear your script read aloud and receive constructive, thoughtful feedback in a supportive community of theater artists. Whether you’ve written a 10-minute play, a one-act, a full-length, a musical, a comedy, a drama—or something in between—we want to hear from you!
📍 All readings will take place via ZOOM
🗓 Reading Dates:
February 11, 2026 @ 7:30PM
March 11, 2026 @ 7:30PM
April 8, 2026 @ 7:30PM
May 6, 2026 @ 7:30PM
🎬 Each session will include:
A reading of the selected script by prepared actors
Followed by a 10–15 minute group discussion to provide constructive feedback and support the playwright’s process

To be considered for the 2026 season, please complete the submission form and upload your script at the link below.
📌 Submission deadline: October 3, 2025
📣 Selected scripts will be announced on December 5, 2025
🔁 You may submit more than one script, but each script must be submitted using a separate form.

Inaugural Lebanon Pride Festival
Lumos Players is so excited to be participating in Lebanon’s first Pride Festival. We need volunteers to help work the booth during the days' events! Sign up to volunteer or stop by and say hi! We'd love to see you there!

Cincinnati Pride

Drag Storytime
Lumos Players is so excited to announce our very first Drag Storytime event! Come hear Cincinnati's Queens and King read some of our favorite untraditional fairytale books! Enjoy an hour of community, laughter and good books! A fun filled event for the whole family!
Our star studded cast includes the renowned The Lady Phaedra, Tara Newone, Seymour Hiney.

Lumos Player's current production of INTO THE WOODS will be running a book drive for Adopt A Book Ohio
